Excellence at Work

An Excellence at Work Survey was undertaken to identify, and then address, areas that employees consider important to improving the quality of their work life. The surveys were tailored to each school and division.

Some employee-identified issues included: better and more communication; making administrative budget, salary, and reporting more streamlined; and the performance review process. The executive vice president is working along with the school deans, vice presidents, and Human Resources and organized several task forces to develop action plans addressing these issues.
