Tufts Administrative Excellence Plan

In the Administrative Excellence Plan, Tufts has articulated its aspirations for excellence in the fields of teaching, research, and scholarship. To continue to achieve distinction in those areas, Tufts needs to pursue excellence in administration. The plan, based on input from across the university, details areas that the senior administration believes are most important for additional focus and identifies steps to advance and improve those areas.

The plan encompasses nine themes:

2. Use Technology Wisely as a Tool
3. Enhance Internal Communications
4. Strategic Management of Operations and Space
5. Enhance Training and Development Across the University
6. Effective and Responsible Financial Management
7. Be an Employer of Choice
8. Sustainability
9. Diversity
